Since 2018, Jeff Culver has been the heart behind Culver Built Dirt Work, a family-owned excavation and dirt work company proudly serving Island County and Skagit County, Washington. Jeff didn’t start this business because he had to—he started it because he wanted to. After years of working for others, Jeff leaped to work for himself, combining his love of heavy equipment with his passion for shaping land into something useful and lasting.
